What you'll do

• Review fraud alerts
• investigate flagged transactions and take appropriate action
• create and document fraud cases
• contact clients to verify activity and explain prevention and recovery
• coordinate account freezes and account re-establishment
• collaborate with Legal and FIU on recovery and law enforcement coordination
• track fraud losses, recoveries, and timelines
• comply with internal policies and regulations.
