What you'll do

• Maintain properties and systems including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and HVAC
• inspect buildings and common areas
• complete scheduled and unscheduled repairs
• maintain grounds and support custodial tasks
• check safety equipment
• participate in a weekly rotating 24/7 on-call schedule
• travel to Meridian sites using company vehicles.
