The Dietary Cook role is onsite in Memphis, TN, with compensation of $14.00–$16.25 per hour. The Dietary Department supports residents’ nutritional well-being through meal preparation and service. This role prepares meals that meet normal and special diet requirements and helps maintain quality, presentation, and kitchen operations. It also contributes to tray service, accurate records, and kitchen supervision when the manager is absent.

What you'll do

• Prepare and oversee food preparation
• follow special diet orders and approved substitutions
• plan, prepare, and serve meals in coordination with meal times
• assist with tray service and kitchen cleanliness
• coordinate food and supply requirements
• maintain records
• supervise kitchen operations in the manager’s absence.
