What you'll do

• Manage matters through litigation or settlement

• maintain attorney calendars, dockets, and appointments
• prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and litigation documents
• maintain time entry, billing, and client files
• screen calls and correspondence
• provide backup support to legal assistants
• protect confidentiality.
