What you'll do

• Lead supplier contracting engagements from intake through signature and amendments
• draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, professional services agreements, SaaS and hosted platform agreements, and order forms
• clarify scope, deliverables, and requirements with business stakeholders
• coordinate reviews with Legal, Security, Privacy, and risk teams
• manage modifications and documentation
• maintain contract records in procurement systems
• manage multiple engagements while ensuring timely execution and compliance.
