The Services Coordinator II role is onsite at Vineyard Crossings in American Canyon, California. Pay is $31.54–$35.48 per hour. MidPen Housing’s mission is to provide safe, affordable housing and support programs that help residents thrive.

What you'll do

• Deliver onsite resident programs and conduct outreach by visiting, calling, and emailing residents. Engage property-level partners, coordinate referrals and enrollment support, provide responsive service to residents, and maintain accurate records of service activities. Collaborate with property management and colleagues, and plan community events and interactions. The schedule is 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with one or more evenings until 7:00 p.m. and occasional weekends
• travel between properties is required.
