• Perform and oversee skilled maintenance tasks involving electrical work, painting, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and equipment troubleshooting

• respond to emergency maintenance requests
• assign work and assist with staffing plans
• train team members on legal and safety requirements
• maintain safe, clean work areas and respond to guest needs.
