Accounts Receivable Representative

It also coordinates with patients, offshore teams, and internal partners to improve billing and collection workflows.

What you'll do

• Review credit balance reports and distribute results
• follow up on bad debt accounts with patients by phone and email
• status denied claims and work accounts receivable aged 60–180 days
• respond to offshore team requests
• reconcile claim exception reports and research held statements
• coordinate provider approvals for claim rebilling
• maintain collection agency spreadsheets
• participate in assigned projects.
