What you'll do

• Facilitate planned activity programs
• assist residents to and from activities and outings
• maintain rapport with families
• record attendance and participation
• provide input on resident participation when requested
• communicate resident concerns and responses to interventions
• support individual needs and preferences
• assist with volunteers
• clean activity equipment and materials.
