What you'll do

• Plan and track duty drawback projects using Wrike and Microsoft tools
• lead new account onboarding and setup
• monitor action items and deadlines
• coordinate data preparation, testing, and validation
• maintain knowledge of drawback regulations
• collect compliance records
• support SOP maintenance
• lead client meetings and manage communications
• participate in annual account reviews.
