Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack)

The Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) role is onsite five days per week in San Francisco, CA. Compensation is $180,000–$275,000 per year, plus significant equity. The role supports a venture-backed neobank building financial products for consumers and businesses in Mexico and Latin America. As an early engineering hire, this engineer owns product features from user interface through backend and deployment, and helps scale banking, lending, payment, and merchant systems. The work translates product needs into shipped software in collaboration with product, design, and a small engineering team.

What you'll do

• Build and own full-stack features from UI through backend and deployment
• architect and scale lending, payments, pay-in/payout, and ledger services
• build payroll, point-of-sale, and inventory tools integrated with a regulated bank
• use AI tooling to accelerate development on a TypeScript and React stack
• ship with product, design, and engineering colleagues.
