Acting as a liaison between the university and P–12 school partners, the supervisor observes, coaches, and evaluates candidates and helps them meet professional expectations and growth goals.

What you'll do

• Conduct formal and informal observations of teacher candidates
• provide timely, constructive feedback aligned with program and state standards
• collaborate with cooperating teachers and university faculty
• complete documentation and evaluation reports
• support candidates’ professional growth
• report issues to designated coordinators, department heads, and the OCE director.
