Family Advocate, Case Management (Part-Time)

What you'll do

• Assist with Head Start performance standards and program activities
• help develop family action plans
• conduct case management, intake, home visits, and follow-up
• connect families with community resources and advocate for access to services
• support parent involvement and training
• conduct community outreach and recruitment
• monitor family progress
• maintain confidential records and reports
• coordinate transportation information and transport families to appointments as needed
• report crises or suspected abuse or neglect to the Site Supervisor.
