What you'll do

• Lead facilities operations across more than 50 clinics
• establish service levels, inspections, and preventive-maintenance standards
• plan maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems
• manage work-order intake, dispatch, escalation, and resolution
• optimize facilities systems and vendor agreements
• lead the facilities team
• manage budgets, forecasting, expenses, and capital planning
• deliver repairs and upgrades
• and ensure applicable building, accessibility, environmental, healthcare, and safety compliance.
