The Industrial Maintenance Technician is an onsite, full-time role based in Fort Loudon, PA, with compensation of $32.07 per hour plus a $2.50 per hour shift differential. This position supports the manufacturing facility by ensuring the continuous operation of production machinery and building systems. This role exists to maintain, service, and repair manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure. The technician performs semiskilled duties including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs to support production schedules and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.

What you'll do

• Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform semiskilled duties including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, fabrication, mechanical repairs, lubrication, painting, and facility maintenance.
• Maintain, service, and conduct minor repairs on buildings and manufacturing equipment.
• Coordinate and support preventive maintenance programs and work order activities.
• Assist with inventory control and maintenance-related vendor interactions.
• Support production operations and maintenance scheduling activities.
• Assist in all service areas as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain dependable attendance and scheduling flexibility.
