What you'll do

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the machine shop
• Lead, mentor, and train a team of machinists, technicians, and fabricators
• Ensure production of high-quality machinery
• Develop strategies for improving shop efficiency
• Work with Engineering to design and test machinery
• Maintain quality control standards
• Manage project BOMs
• Foster a safe work environment.
