What you'll do

• Direct daily field operations and enforce safety procedures
• assign tasks and monitor progress
• communicate with customers and set expectations
• write estimates in Xactimate
• complete job files, logs, photos, and scope details
• inspect work for quality
• coach crew members
• oversee equipment and supply inventory
• resolve job-site challenges
• coordinate with the General Manager and claims team.
