What you'll do

• Provide Community Psychiatric Support Treatment and Therapeutic Behavioral Services in outpatient and community settings, with telehealth services as appropriate.
• Establish therapeutic relationships, assess client needs, develop Individual Recovery Plans, and coordinate access to medical treatment, employment, housing, and other services.
• Conduct or participate in assessments, provide crisis assistance, coordinate service providers, and monitor service delivery.
• The role includes frequent driving in a personal vehicle.
