What you'll do

• Provide short-term stabilization services
• screen for housing-loss risks and respond to early signs of instability
• conduct home visits
• help clients access resources and appointments
• support benefits and income applications
• coordinate referrals
• coach clients on tenancy skills
• assist with landlord or household problem-solving
• connect clients to housing-retention resources
