The Vault Member Service Representative (MSR) role is onsite in Coldwater, MI. Pay is $23.40 per hour. It supports members with transactions and accounts while maintaining accurate cash levels, secure vault procedures, and reliable branch cash reconciliation.

What you'll do

• Assist members with transactions, accounts, and financial needs
• open memberships and accounts and connect members with products and services
• manage daily vault operations, including cash ordering, balancing, reconciliation, and distribution
• maintain cash levels for teller drawers, ATMs, and other branch cash points
• follow cash-handling, vault-security, and dual-control procedures.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of retail banking, teller operations, branch services, or related financial-services experience. Banking systems and digital financial tools experience is preferred.
