What you'll do

• Support lead Montessori teachers in hands-on, child-directed learning
• supervise and engage preschool-aged children during classroom activities, outdoor play, and transitions
• prepare and maintain Montessori materials and an organized classroom
• observe and document child progress and developmental milestones
• support daily routines, including snack time, rest periods, and personal care as needed
• communicate with teachers, staff, and families.
