What you'll do

• Provide Tier I and Tier II help desk support
• troubleshoot government computer connectivity, workstation, and network access issues
• diagnose basic routing, switching, firewall, and connectivity problems
• maintain technical documentation, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and ticket updates
• oversee ticket creation, tracking, escalation, and closure
• coordinate equipment shipments and RMA tracking
• maintain support metrics and communicate with users, program managers, and engineering teams
• ensure compliance with help desk policies and DoD IT standards
• train and mentor junior personnel.
