Activity Aide

Job overview

The Activity Aide role is onsite in Rock Island, IL. Compensation is $15–$16 per hour. The position supports the Activities Department at Arcadia Care Rock Island, helping promote residents’ physical, social, and mental well-being. The aide assists with planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and documenting daily recreational and social programs in accordance with residents’ assessments and care plans. The role also helps prepare activity spaces and supports resident engagement in scheduled and unscheduled activities.

• Assist with planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and charting daily activity programs and quality assurance
