What you'll do

• Lead TAB projects from planning through completion
• plan daily work, coordinate schedules, assign resources, and optimize technician productivity
• perform HVAC airflow, pressure, temperature, and performance testing
• analyze results and make field adjustments
• coordinate with project managers and lead foremen
• coach and train technicians
• support safe, quality project delivery.
