What you'll do

• Define and execute product growth strategy and roadmap across acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and revenue growth.
• Lead A/B and multivariate testing, track growth metrics, use analytics and customer insights to guide decisions, partner with senior leadership, mentor product managers, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Growth, Customer Experience, Engineering, and Finance.
