Events and Engagement Associate

The Events and Engagement Associate works onsite in Rochester, NY, with compensation of $23–$29 per hour. The role is part of Villa of Hope’s Agency Advancement team, supporting fundraising events and brand awareness for an organization serving adults, youth, and families in the region. The associate plans and executes signature events and related communications to support fundraising and community engagement. The role coordinates logistics, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, marketing, and follow-up so events meet attendance and fundraising goals.

What you'll do

• Lead planning and execution of the annual gala and golf tournament
• coordinate venues, vendors, and event-day operations
• support sponsor relationships and recognition
• coordinate promotional materials, press releases, social media, and event communications
• collaborate with vendors and volunteers
• support post-event stewardship
• help deliver tabling events
• manage social media content and event promotion
• and assist with marketing materials and the Holiday Wishes Program.
