What you'll do

• Lead circuit and wireless deployments through closeout
• serve as the primary escalation point for carrier delivery issues
• direct and prioritize Delivery Coordinator work
• manage schedules, milestones, risks, and customer commitments
• coordinate with carriers, customers, engineering, and internal teams
• review order status and project health
• validate carrier solutions against customer requirements
• lead status meetings and recovery planning
• maintain delivery documentation
• coach coordinators
• improve processes and operating procedures.
