The Registered Dietitian role is onsite in Terre Haute, IN. Compensation is not specified. The dietitian assesses residents’ nutrition needs and incorporates appropriate interventions into individualized interdisciplinary care plans. The role monitors nutrition and hydration indicators, coordinates with clinical and food service teams, and provides residents and families with nutrition education and guidance.

What you'll do

• Complete comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop care-plan interventions
• guide the Director of Nutrition and Food Service on regular and therapeutic diets
• document recommendations and resident care
• coordinate with nutrition, nursing, activities, and other departments
• monitor laboratory data and resident weights
• educate residents and families
• support food safety, infection control, and quality improvement.

Why this role

Active Registered Dietitian credential or RD eligibility pending successful registration examination; state licensure where required; current ServSafe certification. One to three years of dietary/food service or healthcare experience; supervisory experience preferred but not required. Occasional travel required.
