What you'll do

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
• develop and update individualized treatment plans
• provide individual therapy, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care
• facilitate group sessions
• provide family sessions and support
• respond to crises using de-escalation and coordinate with medical staff as needed
• collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, addiction counselors, and support staff
• maintain clinical records and reports
• develop discharge and aftercare plans and referrals.
