What you'll do

• Support potential foster parents in obtaining placement or foster care licensure
• monitor foster families and kinship caregivers
• complete home evaluations and re-evaluations
• provide kinship navigation
• maintain clinical records
• assess homes and present home studies
• support family assessment, home-based support, parental skills training, case coordination, case plan development, and service documentation
• conduct outreach and recruitment or retention activities
• guide families to resources.

Why this role
