What you'll do

• Lead electrical design for projects and collaborate with and direct electrical staff during design and documentation. Coordinate electrical design with other disciplines and external clients
• prepare project design documents to company standards
• mentor staff
• monitor project status and deadlines
• coordinate QA/QC review, staffing needs, and electrical budget hours with the Project Manager
• assist with interviewing and feedback on prospective personnel. Night and weekend work may be required at times. Requires a registered Professional Engineer with approximately 10 years of experience.
