The Warehouse Operations Manager position is onsite in Miami Lakes, FL, with compensation of $70,000–$90,000 per year. ALL IN ONE Employment Services is recruiting for a permanent direct-hire position overseeing warehouse operations and a team of more than 25 staff. The manager leads warehouse labor and fulfillment operations, maintains inventory accuracy and safety compliance, and coordinates with purchasing, logistics, customer service, merchandising, and executive leadership. The role uses operational reporting and process improvement to support accurate, timely fulfillment across business-to-business, Amazon, and direct-to-consumer orders.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and supervise 25+ warehouse associates and leads across multiple shifts
• schedule labor to match fulfillment volume
• conduct daily standups and performance reviews
• establish accuracy, speed, and safety KPIs
• oversee pick, pack, and ship operations
• monitor shipping cutoffs and service-level compliance
• troubleshoot delays and quality issues
• manage cross-docking and vendor coordination
• maintain inventory controls, cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution
• coordinate with purchasing and logistics
• ensure facility safety and organization
• monitor equipment and space utilization
• report operational KPIs and identify process improvements.
