What you'll do

• Serve as Oasys's principal interface to FCC stakeholders
• lead BPA and task-order execution, staffing, subcontractor coordination, quality, schedule, risk, and performance
• establish program governance and controls
• lead cross-functional delivery
• guide FCC enterprise architecture repositories, models, standards, and governance
• develop As-Is and To-Be architectures, gap analyses, and roadmaps
• oversee cloud modernization support
• integrate security requirements
• report program health and brief executives.
