What you'll do

• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner according to the community menu
• follow recipes, portion guidelines, and dietary requirements
• coordinate meal timing
• operate and clean kitchen equipment
• maintain sanitary kitchen and food storage areas
• label and store food properly
• assist with inventory and stock rotation
• interact respectfully with residents
• collaborate with dietary aides and Dining Services
• adapt meals for preferences or special requests
• follow food safety, sanitation, infection control, and state requirements.
