The Personal Care Aide role is onsite in Grundy, VA, with compensation of $14.35–$17.05 per hour. The aide supports Medicaid Personal Care Services that help individuals remain in their homes and avoid institutional or nursing-home placement. The role provides personal and household support based on client needs, including assistance with daily activities, meals, mobility, and routine care. It also involves observing and reporting changes in client condition and helping maintain a safe, supportive home environment.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with dressing, bathing, grooming, oral care, toileting, mobility, transfers, meals, and feeding
• support self-administered medication reminders
• provide supervision, routine non-sterile wound care, and vital-sign collection
• report significant changes
• perform light housekeeping and assist with supply lists and grocery shopping as described.
