Support Services Representative

Job overview

What you'll do

• Schedule appointments
• direct consumers to appropriate staff, including Behavioral Health Urgent Care
• perform reception and intake support
• assist with paperwork and check-in/check-out
• open and close the office
• maintain office equipment and reception areas
• enter consumer data
• process, scan, index, route, and release clinical documentation
• complete correspondence
• support clinical teams and provide backup across Support Services Representatives.
