Resident Service Coordinator — Harriman Gardens

The Resident Service Coordinator role is onsite at Harriman Gardens in Harriman, Tennessee. Compensation is $24.37 per hour. NHE is a real estate management company providing homeowner association, multifamily, and apartment management services. The coordinator assesses residents’ non-clinical wellness and social needs, connects them with appropriate community services, and follows up on service delivery. The role supports residents—particularly frail and at-risk residents in affordable or HUD-subsidized housing—in living independently and accessing resources to age in place.

What you'll do

• Conduct non-clinical wellness and social-needs assessments
• help residents identify, access, and coordinate services
• monitor service receipt and follow up with providers
• develop and arrange educational and preventive programs
• build partnerships with aging and disability organizations and community providers
• maintain a local resource directory
• document case management services
• navigate benefits and entitlements
• meet HUD training, quality assurance, and reporting requirements
• travel locally and attend annual conferences.

Why this role
