Multifamily Asset Management Analyst

What you'll do

• Work with property management teams to implement and manage business plans
• analyze financial statements, rent rolls, and capital expenditure budgets
• research economic, demographic, and real estate market data
• lead calls and meetings with property management partners
• conduct property inspections and market tours
• prepare budgets, cash flow projections, and investment return calculations
• write memos for senior personnel
• coordinate due diligence and transaction closings
• assist with debt financing
• present property performance quarterly.
