What you'll do

• Oversee dietary staff and department operations
• manage food and supply purchasing within budget
• guide diet planning, menus, preparation, and service of regular and therapeutic diets
• ensure menus meet resident needs and physician orders
• maintain resident diet records and nutritional documentation
• monitor weights and collaborate with nursing staff
• inspect meal service, food production, storage, and sanitation
• support regulatory compliance and quality improvement.
