Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Clerk

What you'll do

• Process vendor and subcontractor invoices
• code costs to jobs and cost codes
• write purchase orders and match invoices to purchase orders and contracts
• create customer invoices and follow up on past-due balances
• request lien waivers
• maintain preliminary notice files
• process credit applications and vendor setup
• build and troubleshoot Excel spreadsheets.
