What you'll do

• Advise on ship maintenance and modernization planning and execution
• support maintenance policy compliance
• provide continuity to assigned ships and maintenance teams
• prepare reports and correspondence
• investigate incidents affecting cost, schedule, contractor performance, and material support
• evaluate proposed work modifications
• recommend improvements
• prepare leadership briefings
• improve user adoption of systems and processes
• assess knowledge management and SharePoint practices
• gather stakeholder feedback.
