Human Resources Generalist

What you'll do

• Administer requisitions, screening, offer letters, and onboarding
• process employment changes and verification requests
• support benefits enrollment, leave, accommodations, training, and engagement
• manage HRIS access and employment data
• maintain HR files
• coordinate post-accident testing and driving-record reviews
• support wage updates, OSHA reporting, audits, insurance renewals, and labor-law poster compliance
• prepare offboarding paperwork and coordinate with IT and payroll
• improve HR processes and documentation.

Why this role
