What you'll do

• Manage projects from scope development and design through planning, pre-construction, construction, closeout, and follow-up. Coordinate with assistant project managers, superintendents, clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Develop and monitor schedules and budgets
• manage change orders, submittals, RFIs, punch lists, project closeout, and FF&E/material receiving and installation
• support safety and OSHA compliance and hotel brand standards.
