What you'll do
- Prepare and serve meals according to posted menus, standardized recipes, production sheets, and dietary directions
- monitor food quality and temperatures
- maintain sanitary food-service areas
- operate dishwashing equipment
- receive, rotate, and inventory products
- and maintain food production and temperature records. The schedule is Monday through Friday with every other weekend required.

Why this role
