What you'll do
- Prepare patients for provider exam.
- Take vital signs.
- Record patient history.
- Assist in office procedures.
- Administer treatment, medications and injections.
- Conduct pre-visit planning.
- Perform blood collection by venipuncture and arterial puncture.
- Participate in data entry and specimen processing.
What we're looking for
- Education
- High school diploma/GED required or 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant
- Experience
- Three to five (3-5) years in a healthcare setting preferred
