The Field Service Representative — Water Treatment role is onsite in Omaha, NE, with 100% travel for training and other site visits. Pay is $22.60–$37.26 per hour. Veolia’s Water Technology Business works on water scarcity, quality, productivity, and energy challenges as part of the company’s environmental services mission. The representative provides operations and maintenance expertise for customer water treatment systems, troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, and controls equipment, performs testing and calibration, monitors system performance and chemical injection, maintains site records and inventory, and responds to system trouble calls. The posting requires willingness and ability to respond to after-hours call-outs within two hours or less.

What you'll do

• Maintain and calibrate water treatment equipment
• consult with customer management and operations teams
• troubleshoot valves, compressors, pumps, blowers, instrumentation, and controls
• monitor and optimize equipment performance
• maintain site paperwork, spare parts, and chemical supplies
• perform analytical testing
• complete work orders, purchase orders, and preventive maintenance plans in Salesforce
• respond to trouble calls and restore system operation.
