Site Services Coordinator

What you'll do

• Assist project managers with service research, timelines, and site binders
• place approved installation and dismantling and field-service orders and confirm them
• establish and maintain vendor contacts
• respond to internal and external inquiries
• support timely, cost-efficient service delivery
• recommend cost-saving measures
• track show, site-service, labor, vendor, and resource information
• initiate RPOs and payment requests
• approve invoices with manager and project-manager support
• follow internal payment procedures.
