The Restaurant Crew Member is an onsite role based in Norwalk, CT. 50/hour, with additional premiums for overnight shifts and opportunities for performance-based increases. This role supports the Wonder team in delivering high-quality, chef-curated meals to guests. The role exists to ensure efficient restaurant operations, including food preparation, guest hospitality, and facility maintenance. The Crew Member contributes to the team by mastering multiple stations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety, and providing a positive, welcoming experience for every customer.

What you'll do

• Prepare menu items to standards
• maintain clean and stocked stations
• follow food safety and HACCP guidelines
• manage inventory and order accuracy
• greet guests and assist with orders
• support meal-kit and delivery operations
• perform light marketing tasks
• maintain facility sanitation
• wash and restock equipment
• support teammates.
