What you'll do

• Coordinate construction operations and project planning
• review plans, specifications, bids, submittals, RFIs, subcontracts, and purchase orders
• prepare and manage agreements and change orders
• coordinate compliance with authorities and codes
• track budgets, costs, schedules, and daily logs in Procore
• conduct weekly site visits and inspections
• communicate project progress and issues
• review invoices and pay applications
• manage punch lists and closeout
• assist with administrative procedures and staff training.
