What you'll do

• Assist members with bathing, grooming, toileting, hygiene, mobility, and transfers
• complete assigned documentation
• maintain a safe and sanitary home through housekeeping and laundry
• prepare and serve meals according to nutritional guidance and individual dietary needs
• provide medication reminders
• assist with errands and grocery shopping
• provide companionship. Requires a certified Personal Care Worker or relevant experience and successful completion of orientation, high school diploma/equivalent or related experience, age 18 or older, and a valid Wisconsin driver’s license and auto insurance.
